The global, recession-driven layoffs and cut backs have disguised the fact that the competition for both attracting and retaining top talent is truly as challenging as it has ever been. The shocking, and ultimately dangerous, failure of many companies to apply talent support and resources to critical levels of their organizations has prompted us to develop a program to help our clients improve their succession planning, executive development, and talent management activities. Leadership Risk Assessment/Succession Planning
We have witnessed the damage done to organizations when their bench of executives and leaders is not deep enough to respond to both planned and unplanned departures. It has been our observation through the years that the most successful organizations promote mobility and have formalized talent management practices and succession planning ingrained in their cultures, not just at the CEO level, but down through the organization. We can now add a succession planning component to any search we undertake in order to increase our mitigation of the client's overall talent risk. We provide the service of identifying, evaluating and cultivating external talent at all levels, including "up and comers", to further improve a client's pipeline of potential successors.

'Capstone Continued', a New Employee Assimilation Program
A search should not be judged by how quickly it is completed, but by whether or not the new employee becomes a productive and valued team member. In today's environment, being successful in a career transition starts with a person's ability to navigate the myriad of challenges and roadblocks associated with starting a new role in a new organization.
