Career Track and Responsibilities

Associates work with research staff to identify, attract, and help assess qualified candidates for open positions with client firms.

Vice Presidents begin working directly with clients while continuing Associate responsibilities, often taking the lead in assessing qualified candidates.

Directors assume all of the above responsibilities, at times working with an Associate or Vice President, as well as taking the initiative to develop their own book of business.

Managing Directors have primary responsibility for managing client relationships and developing business.

Partners have been consistent, consequential participants in the growth of the business (managing clients, bringing in new business, consistently creating revenue, contributing significantly to the recruitment and development of Capstone staff), and have earned an equity stake in the business.
